The Herald-Dispatch congratulates you on your celebration! Please take a few minutes to fill out this form completely and accurately, paying particular attention to spelling of names and places. Options are priced according to total word count of the announcement. Package prices are below in the left column.

After we receive this information, we will contact you regarding payment options. Payment, announcement information and photos must be received by 3 p.m. Tuesday, five days before Sunday publication. Call for special holiday deadlines.

The Herald-Dispatch may, at its sole discretion, edit, classify or reject, at any time, any copy or photographs submitted for publication. We confirm all announcements by phone before placing them in the paper.

All paid announcements include 10 delivered newspapers from the date your announcement appears.

• Announcements will appear in The Herald-Dispatch Sunday Life section.

• Original, professional color glossy photographs with sharp focus reproduce best. Please make sure that you send the original photo. We attempt to return all photographs, so put your name and address on the back in smudge-proof ink. Amateur snapshots are accepted; however, they tend to give the least quality of reproduction. To electronically send us photos, the image should be scanned at 100 percent at a resolution of 200 dpi.
