Saddam's execution

A lot of people have vented on this topic. Now it's my turn.

I didn't want to see Saddam Hussein hang. He was more valuable as a powerless man kept in a cell, like Rudolf Hess must have been in Spandau until he died in 1987. And in general I am against capital punishment.

But I shed no tears to learn he was gone. No regrets. For some reason, I didn't really care.

And I still don't. I have other things to get worked up about. So that's all I have to say about that.
