Beware lists

West Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw was named one of the worst attorney generals in the nation by the Competitive Enterprise Institute.

I'll let others attack or defend McGraw on this. All I know is that whenever you read where a group has put out a list, the list often tells you more about the group that put it out than about the people who are on it.

Although I will say this list and the background material doesn't make McGraw look very good.
