Help For Animals has started a great new program. It is a free spay and neuter service to people that are financially qualified. It seems a very kind hearted donor, gave them $5,000.00 to help get people with large dogs to come and get them spayed or neutered.

Even with the extremely low price of just $52.00, a lot of people can't afford it. So, they are now offering this new service. To qualify for the grant, dogs must be over 40 lbs. and the owners have to show financial need and fill out a questionnaire. You must call in advance at 304 736 8555.
