Those who followed the inception of "We Are Marshall" closely are probably used to seeing Keith Spears' name. He worked behind the scenes most of the time, but he was really an instrumental force in getting the film made.

Whatever your feelings on the final product, I think no one can argue that the movie was an accurate representation of the school, the state and the story. If anyone can take credit for that, Keith Spears can.

As you may have read, he's moving on to the State Capitol. He's been a great friend to me (even if he did drive me crazy by holding out on information from time to time) and I know he'll be missed.
