Hello Tri-State sports fans. My name is Grant Traylor and I will be your Web host for High Lights, your one-stop shop for prep sports information in the Tri-State.

Have you ever read an article and ended up wanting to know more about a game? Have you ever questioned a coach for his decision-making? How about just simply wanted to voice your opinion on prep sports?

If you answered yes to any of the above and your appetite for sports is like mine, consider this your pre-game meal! Whether you want to talk about the war in the trenches or second-guess a coach, as long as the speech stays clean, it is fair game.
