"Spore" Gets Virally Interesting

How do you get my attention with an upcoming video game with hype already pouring out of its ears? Let's look at how Spore did it.

1) They got Brian Eno (the father of ambient music as well as a producer, writer and performer on some of the greatest albums of all time and one of my favorite artists) to make his own creature.
2) They got Flight of the Conchords (stars of their own incredible comedy show on HBO as well as the artists behind some amazing songs) to create their own creature.
3) Not to mention Tay Zonday (who moves away from the Spore creator to breathe in).
4) And Stan Lee (author of the greatest series of comics of all time, Sgt. Fury and His Howling Commandos).
5) And world class partier and love song writer, Andrew W.K.
6) Oh, and Adam West.
7) And let's not forget Richard Branson.
8) And the ever brilliant Neil Patrick Harris.

They really dug into the core of buzz names that would make people happy for this one. Oh, and then they have the group of people who they could get (thanks to the cast of I Love the '80s).
