No, there won't be a third Parappa the Rapper. Not yet, anyway.

However, there has been an announcement of some merchandise, coming soon to T-shirts near you. Check out IVGear.com, who are releasing the images of characters on bags, shirts, and others from various PlayStation hits (like God of War and Twisted Metal).

Also, I came across the official Parappa
web site. You can listen to all of the songs from the original game. Oh man. You're a fool if you don't promptly check it out.
