How Do You Mend That Pot?

At a recent talk I heard you answer a question about repairing a glass or clay pot.
I tried to do what you said but it didn't work.
Can you repeat the instructions?

Thank you for writing. The repair 'solution' idea - belongs to Harry Wise of Charleston, WV - a Master Gardener and friend. He suggested to me
that I used GOOP - available at Lowe's or Pyle Hardware. Clean the pot or large glass container, use plastic window screen cut to size, and spread generous amount of goop then add the screen. After its dry add more GOOP over the screen. Let is dry for several days. We have saved several large expensive clay pots this way. Others report having saved 'glass pots'. I don't own the larger glass pots. Hillary
