King commits to Herd

Marshall University football has added another versatile student-athlete with Jazz King’s verbal commitment. The 5-foot-10, 175-pound athlete from South Carolina high school power Byrnes boasts sprinter’s speed and can fill multiple roles. Ole Miss, North Carolina, Kansas and Conference USA rivals UCF and Tulane also offered King.
Marshall now has secured 19 verbal commitments. National signing day is Feb. 3.
