'Second season' begins

It was more of the same Saturday night in Cincinnati, with turnovers and penalties leading to a lopsided loss. It’s easy enough to pile on Marshall’s football team right now, but opportunity awaits with the start of the “second season.” Conference USA play opens next week at Memphis, offering the obvious question: Can the Thundering Herd save the 2007 season with strong showing over the final eight regular season games?
