Georgia Tech QB transfers to Herd

Marshall’s quarterback future just keeps getting more interesting. On Wednesday, the Herd added Georgia Tech transfer Jonathan Garner to an already competitive mix. Garner, a 6-4, 225-pound southpaw from Daytona Beach, Fla., won’t be eligible until the 2008 season because of NCAA transfer rules, but will participate in fall practice. He committed to Florida as a high school senior but reconsidered when then-Gators coach Ron Zook was fired. His final five then were Michigan, Louisville, Memphis, Ole Miss and Georgia Tech. So what do you think Herd fans?
