The one that got away

There’s a lot for Marshall fans to feel good about with Wednesday’s recruiting class. Both sides of the line were bolstered (a lot) with the additions of blockers such as Branden Curry and C.J. Wood and defensive linemen such as Montel Glasco and Vinny Curry. How about the one that got away, though? Marshall closed on virtually every top prospect it pursued, but Randy Kellman was the exception. The 6-foot-6, 265-pound defensive end from Celebration High School (Fla.) appeared a lock for the Herd, but signed with Iowa State following an 11th hour visit.
