Looking back, looking ahead

For the second year in a row, Marshall’s season came to a premature end. Strides were made, but the postseason again eluded coach Mark Snyder’s squad. What are your thoughts – good or not so much – on the 2006 season? Also, I’d appreciate some feedback on the top recruiting needs. What positions should Marshall target both in the long and short terms? Snyder appears set at quarterback in this year’s class, but certainly will aggressively recruit defensive tackles (specifically from junior colleges) during the next two months.
